Repeat US: sometimes, you need the pregnancy to reach a certain stage for you to adequately visualize the appropriate fetal structures. Your doctor can follow you with blood tests and order an ultrasound in the future to determine the viability of the pregnancy. if you are not spotting or experiencing cramping, thats a good sign. best wishes Dr M
