Discontinuation SYN: I don't understand exactly what you are trying to describe. However, you may be experiencing discontinuation syndrome due to weaning off of Desvenlafaxine (Exsira). If you are doing a cross-titration with Exsira and Wellbutrin - Wellburin is normally taken daily (not intermittently).
