May bedifficult now: Most of us have growing bones upto the age of 20 year, then the bones stop growing in height and our heights level off. The only helpful therapy used in younger children between12-18 year olds, is human growth factor. But it may be a bit late for you now. But if you still wish to pursue it further, you should seek a consultation with an endcrinologist who can guide you further.

Work on your posture: At 20, you've likely reached your full adult height. The only thing i know of is working on posture to give yourself every centimeter of height you do have. Many people look for shoes that have a well-concealed built-in elevation to the sole and heel. Good luck. Lgromkomd.
