Doctor's Note: You'll need to be examined to determine if you are in good health. Hard to do that over the internet. In addition, this forum is for questions and answers only. You can try the paid portion of this website for a virtual consultation.

Your pediatrician: Would be your best reference if you need such a note as having knowledge of your previous conditions and likely to be able to accommodate you on a short notice.

2 thoughts: This is an educational site, not a treatment site. -lease see your GP, Urgent Care, or one of our 1-on-1 virtual sites for physical or virtual examination. Second, if you have not been sick it would be unethical to ask someone to be disingenuous.
