Translations: Prebiotics= stuff germs like to eat, I find this category silly since germs already do well on leftovers in the gut. Pro-biotics= seed colonies of germs known to be beneficial & not cause problems. There presence crowds out bad germs/yeast. Post-biotics=never heard the term. A food diary can help you avoid stuff that leads to bloating as can some probiotics.
