We hear having a good gut is key. whats better- probiotics, prebiotics or postbiotics. i am fearful of getting stomach issues but hear they work wonders. just not sure which one is better for health and de-bloating?

Translations: Prebiotics= stuff germs like to eat, I find this category silly since germs already do well on leftovers in the gut. Pro-biotics= seed colonies of germs known to be beneficial & not cause problems. There presence crowds out bad germs/yeast. Post-biotics=never heard the term. A food diary can help you avoid stuff that leads to bloating as can some probiotics.
