Yes: Yes you can. I think it is wise for everyone to take a multivitamin. Prenatal vitamins can be a great multiple for women of childbearing age even if they are not currently pregnant. There are many good ones. My favorite brands include rainbow light and new chapter. As you may know, it is best to take thyroid on an empty stomach and to not take calcium supplements until at least 2 hours later.

Depends: Prenatal vitamins may have too much iron and Folic Acid in them. Folic acid is ok, but other forms are better. I would recommend advanced b complex by advanced orthomolecular research, ester c 500mg, and just eat well.
