I have had a temperature that has hovered between 99 and 100 when sitting down it goes back to normal when standing up. this has been going on for about 10 days now what is a likely cause i am 21 years old. anything overly concerning? recent stress?

Anxiety: Not concerning. In adults, body temperature below 100 are not considered a fever. Basal body temperature changes with activity, ambient temperature, medications, time of day and even hormonal fluctuations. If you are finding yourself stressed or anxious, try taking a walk, exercising, deep breathing exercises and meditation/prayer.
