My 2year old son has a fever of 39.2, its his first day of fever should i wait and treat him at home for 1 more day or should i consult a doctor immediately. he dont want to eat but he is drinking water and juice, and is always tired?

Call Pediatrician: Best to call his doctor, if he has a fever and seems tired and not eating. He needs to be evaluated. Possibly checked for Covid, ear infections, strep throat, pneumonia, hand foot mouth disease, uti amongst other causes.
