Yes: Should not be a problem to crush and mix in water or juice. "mixed drink" meaning alcoholic beverage--not wise in general. Try the water / juice route, then drink (responsibly) later.

If cefixime cannot be crushed and no oral suspension available, speak with your doctor and/or the pharmacy about getting ceftriaxone by injection instead. And anyway, ceftriaxone is the treatment of choice; cefixime is a fall-back if ceftriaxone isn't available or convenient.
