Migraine Triggers: Potential migraine triggers are the following: lack of sleep, wine, cheese, food preservatives, alcohol, lack of water, fasting, light, smoke, weather changes, aspartame, and so forth. Consider "journaling" or become mindful of what was done/taken previously that may trigger migraines. Always consider scheduling to see doctor at Healthtap or a primary care provider to discuss this. Take care!
