Prednisone/corona: Higher doses of prednisone for prolonged periods (weeks or months, not just 7 days) cause immune suppression. That would make you more susceptible to corona infection. Finish your taper, take all precautions that are well publicized and avoid using oral immune suppressants for your psoriasis until this pandemic is over. Safest for you to use topical ointments or creams for now.
