Post hida scan: Do you know the results of the scan? The hormone you get prior to the test can cause abdominal cramps. Severe persistent abdominal pain is worrisome and could indicate blockage in the gall bladder duct. The hormone is to make the gall bladder sqeeze out bile. I recommend being examined in the emergency room if pain is still present and especially if the right upper abdomen is tender.
