Lots of possibilitie: I would certainly consult your doctor about this one, although a couple things come to mind. Pregnancy can cause any symptom it seems. Stomach acid/ulcer issues can cause this. Often times there is no answer and people call it 'irritable bowel syndrome' which can be really frustrating to patients. Really, a doctor should check you out to be sure.

Pain abd and pelvic: Many possibilities. Symptoms can be from more than one conditions. You need to see your doctor for a check up to determine what your problem(s) are and make a diagnosis, then treat you as necessary.
