High liver enzymes: I assume you've been tested for all the types of viral hepatitis&your abdominal ultrasound showed no liver or gall bladder abnormalities. Low platelets are evidence of autoimmune disorder. The high mean platelet volume(MPV) is common in thrombocytopenia&the large platelets compensate for the lower platelet count& protects against easy bleeding. I suspect mild autoimmune hepatitis See rheumatologis

Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it would have helped had you provided the actual values. High and low is incomplete info. If you are overweight, losing weight is imperative. Wish you good health!
