6month has not passed the whole day any stool & cries non-stop,already on solids (purity,soft porridge & baby rice cereal).what could be the problem & what can i give?

Fluids/Prune juice: Continue to nurse or to formula feed as usual. Add water and 1/2 bottle of prune juice to the baby.Avoid dehydration, use sun safety measures including a hat and sunscreen, avoid direct sunlight. Please follow up with your pediatrician. Watch for signs of dehydration e.g. dry mouth and fewer diaper changes than usual. Monitor the temperature and notify a physician if there is a fever.

1 or 2 oz of prune juice (alternatives: pear or apple juice) by bottle & see if that helps to pass stool within that 24 hrs. The trick is undiluted juice so sugar load can act as osmotic laxative
