Good nutrition!: Good nutrition is vital for good health. Your diet should consist of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, & fat-free or low-fat milk & milk products along with lean meats, poultry, fish, beans, eggs, & nuts. Your diet should be low in saturated fats, trans fats, cholesterol, salt, & added sugar. If you can afford any food buying this kind of food should be possible. You could also go to a food bank.
