Umbilical hernia?: US sounds like an umbilical hernia. If not immediately painful, not immediately worrisome but you should have a doctor look at just to make sure

Lump near navel. US showed a 1.1 x 0.6 cm asymmetric structure so had CT without contrast to r/o hernia. No hernia or lump found but multiple hypoattenuating renal lesions too small to characterize. Dr didnt address it. Should this be watched?
How accurate are CT scans? Is it possible that the doctor could mistake my ovary for something else in a CT scan? I had one done and he said the CT scan showed a low density structure in my proximal sigmoid colon as well as a mass in my right pelvis.
