I m 26 yrs old. my left ovary shows a mass of complex echogenicity measuring 4.90 4.90 cm. what i need to do for that? ?

Obgyn evaluation: You will need to see an Obgyn and have them do an examination. They will also want to review the pelvic sonogram that showed the complex ovarian mass. After they do this they should be able to determine if this is a mass that will resolve on its own or if surgical removal is needed.
