Nasal congestion : Nasal congestion is common from viral illnesses It can be associated with a superimposed bacteria infection, but this is not common. Often I recommend inter nasal steroids. You see a doctor via telemedicine

Over the counter: You may try over the counter medications such as loratadine, cetirizine, fexofenadine or levocetirizine. Nasal saline flushes can rinse the nostrils and relieve obstruction. Short-term Sudafed ONLY if there is no high blood pressure.

See below: You may try vapor/steam inhalation to loosen the phlegm and clear out the nasal passages. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
