Today i woke up with water diarrhoea, very lightheaded, very dizzy can't walk around by myself?

Possible dehydration: Diarrhea can deplete body stores of fluid. You may very well be dehydrated causing the lightheadedness. Drink plenty of fluids and if symptoms persist see PCP.
