No: I'm not sure what you mean by ovarian dysfunction, but coffee should not be a cause of infrequent ovulation, infertility, or premature ovarian failure.

Definitely, no: Coffee is the biggest source of antioxidants in the daily diet. There is no credible evidence that coffee causes ovarian dysfunction.
