I'm 5 weeks 5 days according to my last lmp ,i have had an altrasound for placement purposes but the doctor cant find anything ,plus i'm experiencing pain in my abdomen what should i do now?

Was a blood HCG level done? that would confirm a pregnancy. Pain may be miscarriage or ectopic ( any blood?) or UTI/vaginitis/stool . Due to concern for an ectopic, F/U w/ MD today.
