I'm 5 weeks 5 days according to my last lmp ,i have had an altrasound for placement purposes but the doctor cant find anything ,plus i'm experiencing pain in my abdomen what should i do now?

5 week s/p LMP: https://www.healthline.com/health/pregnancy/5-week-ultrasound#what-youll-see At 5 weeks you need a transvaginal ultrasound (at times not seen yet) , if it was trans abdominal ( on the belly) it may not be seen. Was a blood HCG level done? that would confirm a pregnancy. Pain may be miscarriage or ectopic ( any blood?) or UTI/vaginitis/stool . Due to concern for an ectopic, F/U w/ MD today.
