I tested positive for c19. my husband was hospitalised. i have gracefully not shown any aggressive symptoms. i've continued with my normal vitamins and healthy eating habits. i've isolated for almost 9 days. question, do i go for another test?

52 year-old female. Severe arm + finger pain/weakness in both arms for months. Had positive ANA 1:320. Rheumatologist said all other blood tests were normal, except low Vitamin D. Neurologist said everything is normal. No other symptoms/injuries. ?
A positive ANA test, vitamin d deficient, anemia, body aches, and high sed rate. Could all of these symptoms be caused from celiac?
Does low vitamin D mean serious underlying issue like cancer? i havent test yet but my CBC, liver, urine, lipid are all normal. I have no symptoms.
Despite healthy lifestyle, no diabetes, normal blood test results, I have dry skin between fingers, around eyes, the back of tongue is always white, it started a year ago and it doesn't go away. I drink enough water. Could it be a vitamin deficiency?
