I get bad heartburn a lot, have been put on a few courses of pantoprazole over the years and it works great, i also get some stomach discomfort and burping up food sometimes, do i have stomach cancer? too scared to get scoped! please help, scared?

Stomach discomfort ?: Persistent symptoms of acid reflux/discomfort should be evaluated by a GI specialist. Ask your primary care or gyn physician to provide a referral to a gastroenterologist. Endoscopy is the best way to rule out serious GI problems.
