Pelvic pain ?'s: Right sided persistent pelvic pain may result from an ovarian cyst. See your gyn physician for an exam and testing, and he/she may order a pelvic ultrasound. Ask about low dose bcp's which stop ovarian hormone production, lessening peri-menopausal symptoms, and preventing ovarian cyst formation.

Hip/pelvic /groin: If I could see where the pain is I believe I could address this better. Some things come to mind, ovarian issues, femoral hernia, appendicitis, there are also hernias inside the hip joint.
