Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the information you provided is not diagnostic of DVT nor does it exclude it. Wish you good health!

DVT hx: Having two DVTs raises a concern that you may have a predisposition for DVTs. If this is the case, some people are on long term, (maybe a lifetime) anticoagulation. Let me emphasize I do not have the full picture of your condition. Your condition requires your doctor to provide you information based on the entire picture which I do not have. So, talk to your doctor.
