Had a brain mri and found poor gray white matter (24%), black holes 47%, and hippocampus 87%. radiologist said ok. should i get another opinion as a 45 year old woman with memory loss, hand tremors, off balance?

Confer: I suggest you review with your doctor and discuss why the radiologist review does not make sense to you. If you are still not satisfied then get a second opinion from a different neurologist.

Needs clarification: This appears to be confusing, and unclear. Suggest you get a "second opinion", and find precisely the cause of your symptoms. Am skeptical that presence of "black holes" is called "ok". Maybe an efficient approach at this point is to obtain a virtual consult on our HealthTap Prime site, and review the films directly via telemedicine.
