Hard to say: Wind speed ?Breezy or not ?Anyone coughing ? Think of the usual breath cloud as what you see in winter when you exhale. That fog contains microparticles of moisture from the lungs you don't see in regular weather. That is what virus particles travel in. A breeze makes it dissipate quickly. I wouldn't consider it much risk at those distance unless there is coughing. It's hard to put a number on it

COVID 19: I agree with Dr. Ferguson. If there is wind/ breeze that would be best. If one person sneezes or coughs vigorously that would be a problem. I don't think anyone would say no risk. It doesn't sound like high risk but if you really want to reduce your risk of getting infected - both should still wear a mask.
