Unlikely: COVID transmission is unlikely to happen in above circumstances, outdoors, more than 6 feet distance, no contact otherwise.

Low risk: This is a LOW risk scenario for transmission of COVID 19. Outside, over two meters away with someone traveling by - not allowing for a cloud of microparticles to cling in the air.
