Baby Stool: Constipation in babies is actually not common. True constipation is seen as hard pellet like stool. If your baby is pooping less, this may be normal. Because the baby m ay be utilizing all that they are fed, they may not stool for up to 3-5 days. The baby should be producing urine diapers 4-5 times a day. Don't give any water or juice or any other fluids other than breastmilk or formula.
