Blood pressure: Your symptoms could be related to a multitude of things but a main concern would be high blood pressure. Please check ASAP and monitor over several days if not elevated. If elevated contact physician or get evaluation now to protect yourself. Severe chest pain itself is enough reason to seek evaluation just to diagnose source and treat as necessary.
