See physician: You may have injured your neck or shoulder. A herniated disc in the lower cervical spine can cause chest and "armpit pain" as well as upper back pain and headaches. You would also want to get your shoulder evaluated. Sometimes chest and arm pain is due to a heart condition so be sure to visit your doctor asap.
