?virus: This may be an early viral infection but symptoms are nonspecific at this time. Rest, drink adequate fluids and take Tylenol. Burning chest sensation may be an early respiratory tract infection with subsequent sore throat and cough. If headache persists or fever, chills, rash, productive cough, wheezing ,increased chest pain or shortness of breath develop, get examined promptly by a physician.
