Incomplete question: Couldn't see your entire question, but loss of consciousness after squeezing chest like this is common. Recovery is complete. No permanent damage, but certainly not recommended in the future.

This is common: Hopefully your friend said they were sorry and won't do this again. The mechanism is squeezing the blood out of the inferior and superior vena cava. If you're going to be in this situation again, keep your throat open, breathing in or out very gently like a weightlifter.
