Had inflamed sinus & tightness in chest (no known covid inf), doc prescribed meds for asthma, gerd. no change. month later she prescribed saline & allergy nasal spray anxiety meds, no change. antibiotics cleared up. but issue returned. heart issue?

There are autoimmune conditions that are rare that can cause these symptoms. There could be two diagnoses, separate chest and sinus issues
