Had inflamed sinus & tightness in chest (no known covid inf), doc prescribed meds for asthma, gerd. no change. month later she prescribed saline & allergy nasal spray anxiety meds, no change. antibiotics cleared up. but issue returned. heart issue?

Sinus tight chest : This needs to be seen in person to address that concern. Allergies or environmental exposures can irritate the sinus and bronchial regions and cause these symptoms, so can viruses like COVID 19 . These are the most common reasons for these symptoms. There are autoimmune conditions that are rare that can cause these symptoms. There could be two diagnoses, separate chest and sinus issues

Symptoms: You would need an actual medical assessment to determine the cause of your symptoms. Wouldn't be able to say if there are cardiac issues without a comprehensive evaluation.
