Cervical length: It is appropriate. Normal average cervical length at 11-12 weeks is between 3.84 and 3.9 (plus or minus 0.3). If you are concerned about a short cervix, please discuss this with your OB, as this is a measure that is not used by itself, but with many other indicators to determine the health of the cervix during pregnancy and the likelihood of a premature baby.
