Multple possbilities: Heavy legs can result from low blood pressure, a valve problem, heart failure, anemia, swelling of the legs and other conditions. A check of ones blood pressure, sitting and standing, can clarify the blood pressure issue; a simple blood test can eliminate anemia; a physical exam can determine the presence or absence of heart failure, leg edema and a valve problem. See a doctor.
