You don't have HIV: The HIV AgAB (4th generation) blood tests are 100% conclusive 6 weeks or more after the last possible exposure -- no exceptions. And you can't have HIV symptoms with a negative AgAb test; the results prove you don't have HIV and something else is causing all symptoms. White tongue isn't the same as oral thrush -- but even if you have that, your problems for sure are not due to HIV.
