Hi i have anechoic structure with in endometrial canal with signs of intrauterine pregnancy no yolk sac or fetal pole ? is this bad lmp was 12/29

Indefinite: Based on your LMP, you would have conceived mid February and your pregnancy would be 4-5 weeks post conception. This early in pregnancy evidence of a viable pregnancy may or may not be evident on ultrasound. However, if yolk sac & fetal pole aren't visualized, a healthy pregnancy can't be confirmed. If there's any ??ultrasound can be repeated along with HCG measurements in another week or so.
