I have pvc/ pac/ ectopic beats is an normal echo, 3 ecg's x-ray, blood tests, enough to rule out any heart diseases / problems, yes / no? thank you.

No and yes: Your testing doesn't rule out coronary disease so a more complete workup should also include a stress test .That said, if your stated age of 23 is accurate, coronary disease is so rare at your age that stress testing is not indicated, so the answer is (except for very, very rare conditions) "yes".
