My 10 month old was playing & i picked her up to feed her breakfast.while carrying her,i noticed her eyes were closed as if she was sleeping.she was in & out for about 3 minutes. she was 100% fine afterwards.pediatrician says she looks good. serious?

Maybe sleeping: As a neurologist, have found often that transient episodes of lack of responsively could be associated with seizure activity. I would doubt this to be a logical explanation for your child, and suspect she was asleep. BUT if this becomes repetitive, recontact your pediatrician and get further testing.
