Low urine output: 2 wet diapers in 3 days is not very much urine output. You don't mention if anything else is going on like diarrhea, etc. Sometimes it is very difficult to determine if there is urine if it's mixed in with diarrhea. Otherwise, even though child acting fine, you really need him checked out if his urine output has dropped off that dramatically.

Be seen now: It sounds like he is dehydrated. You need to call your pediatrician right now. This is not anything to toy around with.
