My 2 yr old swallowed small rubberband about 2-3 hrs ago. she drinking ate few cheetos playing fine. right when she lay down she says her throat hurt i made her drink more juice now she sleeping should still take her to the er?

Since she was able to drink the juice after, we know the rubber band made it safely into her stomach. It will pass quietly in her poop in 1-4 days. Ingesting such objects is common at that age. I don't consider it worth an ER visit or any worry. if her throat pain persists contact her doc for guidance.
