My husband had a scratchy throat on saturday, congestion in the sinuses started on monday, he started coughing on tuesday and his ears blow led on tuesday/wednesday. his eyes went pink and produced goo yesterday and today. no body aches. no fever. ?

Cough? : The symptoms may indicate an early infection or allergic reaction. COVID 19 should be excluded and is variable in its presentation, but most patients develop fever during the course. Use an over the counter antihistamine, for two days and if improved, allergy testing is indicated. Allergy testing may be ordered. Avoid dust, smoke, pollen and other irritants. Use nasal saline rinses, drink fluids.
