Partial credit: Technically Joe Biden did not become president until noon on 1/20/21 but the purpose of the mental status exam is to test memory and awareness of one's surroundings so I imagine a doctor looking at those results would say it shows adequate memory and awareness even if the answer was a bit premature.

Technicality: President elect at the time. A good question to change during transfer of power as it is a bit confusing. I usually ask about meals and recent social events as lately the president question is getting lots of emotional charge.
