Ive been having nausea when eating,lower abdominal pain when pressed.this morning i had a low fever and currently experiencing a sore throat. this has been going on almost 4 days. my question is should i go to the er andwhat does it look like i have?

Possible liver : it is diificult to associate a sore throat with abdominal pain. your abdominal pain cvould be a gall bladder issue. the sore throat is likely unrelated and could be a staph or thush issue. In either case, a more complete exam will be necessary and involve throat cultures, blood drawn, and an abdominal x-ray. See a physician.
