Decongestant: Collections of fluid in and around the sinuses can be drained by using a decongestant. Continue using the warm nasal saline wash, then take an oral decongestant. (psuedoephedrine works the best, but phenylephrine will work, just for a shorter time). You can also use a spray decongestant (limit use to max 3 days) These will help drain the fluid and restore any swollen passages.
