Sounds like: CLASSIC Frontal bone SINUSITIS! Use nasal spray along with an oral decongestant such as ZYRTEC D \\ A course of antibiotics (eg: Z PAC) may also be indicated! Contact your PCP (Primary Care Provider) as soon as practical! Hope this helps\ Dr Z
