Migraine headache: The medication is not strong and specific enough to hold the pain. You need some migraine specific medications such as cafergot, imitrex (sumatriptan) or midrin. Also some medications to prevent it . Call your doctor. If you can not get a hold of your doctor go to an urgent care center and also make an appointment to see a neurologist.
