Seek for help ASAP: You are in UK and the unit of each test is unclear, but your CRP 14 indicates serious infection, LDH a significant tissue damage, and white blood cell (WBC) # also confirms there is lots of infection in your body. The head & neck area densely contains blood vessels and lymph nodes & chains, so infection can rapidly spread to the entire blood--this is very serious as it can be fatal. See Dr now!

Abscess: An abscess is a serious infection, as your lab tests indicate. Abscess will not be cured by antibiotics, but will be reduced in severity which will make it more treatable by root canal or extraction. You should discuss the meaning of your lab tests with the practitioner that ordered them. Do not ignore this. Your serious infection requires appropriate dental treatment.
